1-on-1 Personal Training

​

All training sessions are 55 - 60 minutes in length.

​

*$50 per training session

​

*A 3% processing fee is applied if you pay with a credit card

Small Group Training

1-on-1 Attention Without the 1-on-1 Cost! 

Morning Sessions: 8:15 - 9:15 AM on Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Fridays

Afternoon Sessions: 3:45 - 4:45PM OR 4:30 - 5:30PM. Days vary month to month.

Cost: $15.00 / session

Sign-up for small group training is done on a monthly basis.

  • Schedule is sent out at end of each month

  •  Sign up for sessions you plan to attend in following month.

  • You will receive payment link immediately after sign-up.

  • Make your payment to reserve your spot.

Customized Training Plans 

For those that just want a customized, kick-ass training plan but not the in-person training.

  • Initial Assessment/Consultation

  • Unique Plan is Created for Your Specific Goals, Needs, & Preferences

  • Check-Ins to Make Adjustments Over Time

  • Available for Questions & Concerns Outside of Designated Check-in.
