20 Minutes of Movement

5 days each week, get 20 minutes of intentional movement. It can be walking, running, playing tag with your kids, yoga, anything! The point is to pick things YOU ENJOY & do them consistently.

1 Nutrition Change

Pick one nutrition habit to target. Practice that habit 5 days a week. Think a small, manageable change that you can consistently practice: Small consistent behaviors drive results!

Check-in for Accountability

Making changes is hard.  Having accountability can make it easier.  You’ll check in 5 days a week - on our website, in our Facebook group, or on social media - to help you stay accountable!
